Tutor's Profile

I graduated from the University of Birmingham with an Honours Degree in Chemistry, I completed my Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Secondary Science. I had numerous OFSTED inspections and graded Outstanding, I progressed to Head of Science in my third year of teaching in a secondary school with sixth form. This is my second year teaching in Dubai and I have 90% A*-A and 100% A*-B success rate.

My interactive teaching style allows students to take ownership of their own learning by understanding key scientific concepts which embed in their long term memory. Lessons are personalised to student's needs, it is my aim to help every single student achieve their life ambitions. Due to my unique style ensure that all students have a sound understanding of science allowing them to succeed in examinations. I have a rigorous exam technique; taking exam questions apart and helping students to understand how to extract the knowledge they have learnt and embed it into an answer.
