I am someone who believes that learning is one of the most fulfilling experiences there is- if one is growing, one is living , for life is but a string of experiences. Although my tutoring style is informal, I find this approach to have been helpful in the real world when dealing with teams who comprise of individuals with their own personalities and strengths/weakness- to me as a teacher it’s crucial that learning doesn’t devolve into a spectator sport.
