I am now in my eighth year of teaching having graduated with a PGCE from Warwick University in 2012. I have been living and teaching at a top international school in Dubai for the past 5 years.  In the UK, I have 6 years experience of private tutoring, helping children to either pass exams to get into their preferred secondary school, or to boost their confidence to allow them to catch up in school. On a personal level, I am a keen sportsman who loves to spend weekends playing cricket and golf. I am certainly enjoying the outdoor lifestyle provided by Dubai!

Having previously tutored face to face for several years, the pandemic enabled me to upskill. I now believe that online tuition is becoming ever more convenient for students and tutors. During my sessions I like to work with the family first to identify goals, Once these are established I will look to cater my lessons to meet these goals, This can be used either to support students with homework. 'Pre-teach' students to allow them to thrive in school, or 'consolidate learning' by helping to go over past topics covered in school to ensure the students have sufficient understanding.
