Miss Sondes is an excellent teacher. I used to have a very low level in French with issues in comprehension and vocabulary and as a result, I was getting many 4 (lowest grade) at school (We were thinking with my parents to change my school even). Today, I am one of the best in my class: my level of French has improved a lot and I am getting many 1 (highest grade). What I like the most about Miss Sondes is that she is very patient, professional and her ability to make the classes fun but very productive at the same time. I recently completed a zero to hero excel course with Gerard, the course was excellent,,. I was thought everything from the very basics up to visual basic for applications. It is crazy that I can now write my own excel funnctions. This is not an easy task but it is the hardest thing to do in excel and I can actually do it. Last year my son sat the for chemistry course in october. He needed to get a high grade for his university placement. Sitting this course was the best thing he could have done. Tuition during lockdown last year was a concern for us but when we started using this team of tutors our concenrs diminised. Initially we would still have prefereed tuition in our home but as time went by we realised our children were far more engaged in their tuition lessons than they were in thier school lessons. On a recommendation we completed the memory gym course yesterday and I have to say it was mind blowing. I decided to write a review only after seeing our youngest practicing her new memory techniques on the way to school this morning. I am learning by 3 tutors and they are really the best tutors I have had. I've recently got my math, biology and physics A level mock practice test results. I have went from a C grade in biology to an A, a low D in math to a high percentage B and in a very tricky physics paper I have received the best in class percentage of 87%. I will usually produce a long term plan of areas of the syllabus to cover. I always try to be flexible and listen to the needs of the individual pupil. I usually go through areas of the curriculum followed by working through past papers. I then set homework of a series of questions or a paper to do for the next week where we then go through any difficult questions encountered by the pupil.

Firstly, I try to create a friendly classroom environment between me and my students so that they may feel comfortable in asking me their doubts or coming to me with questions and other such things. After that, I try to see where their drawbacks lie by testing them in a particular topic to see what we need to work on and accordingly do further work on those certain topics in order to make them more confident with it. Overall, I explain the topics and subjects clearly and give them small quizzes after each topic in order to see where they stand. If I see that they are stuck or not able to answer, I provide additional help. I also assign weekly homeworks in order to make sure they are doing their part at home and are applying the skills learnt in class. As I tell my students, I am willing to explain a certain topic to you even a 100 times but please don't say that you understand unless you really do.

Ms.Sadia sat with me during her non-working hours, for more than 5 hours if i wanted to and if needed, whenever I needed help and always before my exams She made a topic wise booklet for IGCSE Mathematics Past papers by herself when she could’nt find a similar booklet on sale, which obviously would’ve taken a lot of time and effort, so that i could understand difficult chapters well enough. She helped me identify my weaknesses and overcome them by for example assessing my performance in a particular chapter, and if low, giving me, and helping me with, intense and repetitive questions until i improved. She was willing to coach me even during non-social hours for eg; at 7am in the morning just before my exams to make sure I did not have any doubts I started of as an E student in Mathematics and Accounting (IGCSE) and ended getting an A and A*, respectively, in my final CIE Board Examinations. This is an objective fact that shows how good of a teacher she is.
