I would like to share with you my experience about recent IELTS preparation that I had with Tatiana. Hi! I am Gabriele, a language student at the University of Padua. Born in Brazil and raised in Italy, I am passionate about learning and studying languages, and I wish to share this passion with my students. Specialising in New Romance languages, I offer Portuguese, Spanish and Italian language lessons for students of various ages and levels of proficiency. Lessons are suitable for students of all nationalities as I can teach in both Italian and English, or in one of the languages I teach, such as Spanish and Portuguese.
My methodology is based on a conversational approach linked to a study of grammar and accompanied by practical exercises for the memorisation of the key points of knowledge of the language. One of the fundamental exercises that I make my students do is the repetition of single sentences and the memorization of musical texts, in order to favour learning in a natural way. I try to make the study light, as this stimulates the student to have a more confident and spontaneous approach to the language itself. For languages such as Spanish and Portuguese, we will analyse the various linguistic differences between the Hispanic and Portuguese countries in order to understand their structure and common points. My lessons will always be accompanied by multimedia material such as videos, music, texts and worksheets which will help the student to fully immerse himself in the study of the language. I will also offer those who are interested some tools for personal research on the language and culture of the country being studied, so as to have a 360° view of it.
