My tutoring approach includes more interactive lessons. Teaching lesson are based on learning needs. Frequently asked  question and answers sessions. Test student continuously. In Applied ICT with OCR Examination Board, I achieved a 100% pass rate in Unit 1. I liaised and co-ordinated with a group of staff members for successful delivery of programme, ensuring that standards were raised. As an examiner for OCR, I provided feedback to staff on how to improve the quality of assignments. New teaching methodologies were introduced such as differentiation in the lesson and stretch for Gifted & Talented students so they can fulfil their potential. Schemes of Works were made comprehensive, which focussed on teaching objectives, assessment schedules and learning outcomes. I have been involved in an annual review of different courses. I monitored the performance of each subject, and came up with a strategy to establish common standard practises, and then defined and implemented effective teaching strategies. Based on this, I was involved in BTEC Co-ordination Meeting, and suggested that more interactive units should be introduced so that students toughen up for job markets; in view of my suggestion, units such as computer games development, programming and web-development, and Network Security Systems were introduced. Also, assignments should be designed based on real world examples, providing interaction with outside businesses.
