I plan my lessons depending on my clients' wishes. Some days you may want to focus on one area of the body, while other days you may prefer a different area. Some days we prefer gentle classes that help you relax and release tension from the body, while other days we may want to push ourselves and sweat. I enjoy teaching both types of classes and will always cater to my clients' needs at the time. The theme of the class can be discussed in advance and I will plan accordingly.

I respect clients who prefer not to be touched for adjustments. However, I can also provide passive assisted stretching if desired.
