Shruthi Devidharan (Program Manager & Lecturer)
Shruthi holds a postgraduate degree with dual specialisation in Human Resource Management and Information Systems. A dual specialisation in Human Resource and System combined with a computer engineering degree equips her to handle both business and technical subjects at ease.
Her research interests include performance management, training and development and work-life balance issues. She possess an extensive experience in handling courses of Pearson Levels 4, 5 and 7 in Business Stream. Additionally, she has a rich experience in internal assessment and verification of the Pearson programme assessment of Level 4, 5 and 7er for Edexcel. She has been updating herself with the Pearson Training Workshops for teachers delivering BTEC qualifications.
As a business analyst for upstream oil & gas logistics software she has worked with top energy companies like Royal Dutch Shell, Chevron and Conoco Philips. Thus, gaining a unique perspective into the work practices and interactions at an international level. It also gives her an edge in customer service oriented subjects. Train the trainer workshop conducted by Royal Dutch Shell proved to be a turning point in her role as training coordinator for her project team and clients.

The Extended Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership (EDSML) is an advanced program specifically meant for those who have already gained a recognized diploma or degree and who now wish to study a course that prepares them for a senior role in a management position. The emphasis during the course is on those aspects, which are essential for effective managerial functions within commercial or non-commercial organizations.
The program is designed to allow the student to complete it in as little as 10 – 12 months of classroom study part time. The student can complete the program at a pace decided between themselves and the student counsellor. Learners may take individual units of the qualification which can be certificated by a Certificate of Achievement.
Certification: On successfully completing the program, students will receive the Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership by Edexcel.

The Srikalahasti style is completely hand worked whereas the Macilipatnam style has Persian influences due to Mughal patronage of the art.
