Task: You are working as a Project Manager with the software development company. The company requires details of a particular project for which you will have to categorize the project into different phases and estimate the duration and budgeted cost of the project. Role: You will analyse the product using “Decision Tree Analysis “and decide the model to be in-house production or an outsource model.
