As the owner of the project, you will have to lead the project by looking into the processes and the flow of activities right from initiating a project to the closing of a project.
Role: To execute this project, you will be working on defining the Scope of Work, Business Case, Project Charter, Stakeholder Register, Scope Management and Scope Baseline, Project Execution and Project Closing. This project will help you work on the processes and the flow of activities right from execution till delivery.
Project-2: Project to understand Time and Cost Management
Task: You are working as a Project Manager with the software development company. The company requires details of a particular project for which you will have to categorize the project into different phases and estimate the duration and budgeted cost of the project. The domains covered will be PL and M&C.

Project-3: Project Selection based on Risk assessment
Task: An automobile company wants to upgrade its cars and one of the requirements is to have special electronic auto parts. Role: You will analyse the product using “Decision Tree Analysis “and decide the model to be in-house production or an outsource model.
