This course is designed to deliver the core features on how to establish and manage a framework for compensation and benefits with job analysis. Participants will also explore how different compensation systems can be applied to pay and grading structures and in particular the link with broader issues of employee motivation. The course objective is to cover detailed information about compensation and benefits to employees and about policies associated with total rewards strengthening core knowledge on salary surveys and adjustments such as merit increases or bonus payments.
