The workshop looks at the benefits of having a healthy self worth which includes increased confidence and self esteem and a clear understanding of what it is to be an assertive communicator. When you have healthy self worth you value and respect who you are, can express yourself confidently and the the value of self care practices.

The aim of this workshop is to encourage men and women to consider questions about their own notions of self worth and how to develop it in themselves in a positive and respectful manner. The workshop looks at ways women traditionally view themselves through the ties of others and helps them to re-evaluate their sense of who they independently of how others might see them.
