Approach:
My tutoring approach includes gaining recognition. It helps to attain recognition of my qualifications by being actively involved in the knowledge or discipline I am representing, by degree or other official documentation, or by both. Understand the curriculum. I make sure I know and understand the curriculum or syllabus I am going to teach, so that I can maximize the effectiveness of my lesson plans. Prepare my lessons and practice them. Be very well organized from the first. It is better to be over-prepared than to run dry out of ideas way through a session. Listen to my students; respond to what they know or don't understand, and prepare future lessons to account for any deficiencies. |

Fatimah is very friendly, patient and makes her classes fun. She is a very capable teacher and is accommodating to your needs. I liked that she encouraged and pushed me to talk more in Arabic, knowing that I needed improvement in speaking, without being forceful. She is particularly strong in Arab literature and it is clear that she is very passionate about the subject.
My classmates and I were lucky enough to be taught by Fatima while she was still teaching at the Qasid Language Institute in Amman, Jordan. Fatima is a truly great teacher who helped me massively with my Arabic - her teaching methods are modern, and you feel like she puts in as much work into preparing lesson material as you put in studying it. What is more, Fatima is one of the rare teachers who you feel is personally invested in your success - regardless of why you are learning or improving your Arabic, she will tailor her teaching to your personal needs and preferences, helping you learn better and faster in the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Fatima to any student, regardless of their level. My Arabic left a lot to be desired when I first started taking classes with her, but throughout my improvement, I always felt like I was learning and internalizing what was being taught.
Great learning experience. As a teacher she is incredibly focused on seeing my progress. She ensures that all my questions and doubts are cleared, before moving on to the next subject. The lessons are very well planned and structured covering all required language skills like speaking, reading, grammar and writing.
