Approach	Approach: I believe in complete interaction between a teacher and her student(s). The approach that you would most see me follow is the "MDAD Approach" wherein I begin with Modelling a new concept, followed by Displaying it on paper as to how it's done. Once the student has seen me Model and Display the technique, it is now time for them to work on the Application part which is then followed by Drill. By doing Drills, the students get to practice the new concepts learnt and to develop consistency.

Avanti, is an excellent coach for IELTS and English communication skills. Her approach, is to provide a tailored framework as per the student's ability and motivate him or her to achieve. This ensures that the minor flaws and glitches are corrected, thereby achieving the desired level within a very short time. She is very meticulous, punctual and professional in providing the best inputs and challenges the individual to raise the bar. Personally, I found her training to be one of the best, better than the other IELTS group classes provided in Dubai.
