Experience	Experience: Teaching is not just about ensuring student clears the exam rather it is a medium to pursue imaginative thinking ie out of the box. For me, its all about continuous learning, sharing knowledge and developing the art of writing in own words not just rote memorization.

Approach	Approach: My lesson plan varies from student to student. Initial step is to identify student's strength and weakness. A lesson plan is prepared which allow student to build on those strength and overcome weakness. I use various mind maps , diagrams and real case examples as it can help student gain better grip on some of the most complicated topics. My purpose is to ensure concepts are well understood even if it means repeating the topic several times. I dont proceed further unless I am comfortable that the student has well understood the current topic.
