Experience	Experience: I was an Early Years Teacher for 15 Years including in USA and Dubai. I have my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood and my Master's Degree in Child Development.

Approach	Approach: Every child is unique and I will work with your child on the specific areas and skills that he/she needs. I can help with any assignments, projects, or homework if needed or requested. Above any school work needed, I like to use hands-on activities to engage children in learning. I have a vast supply of materials and will also create avtivities/games suited to your child. I can also work with your child in building pre-reading skills and reading skills to set a strong foundation and help your child become a successful reader. I have fifteen years experience teaching specifically 3 - 6 year olds, but am capable of tutoring older children as well. I would love to have the opportunity to work with your child.

Shay is an amazing tutor ! She uses a variety of activities and games to keep my son interested and to reinforce his skills (like letter naming or number recognition). She is very patient and knows exactly how to get small kids engaged in the learning process.

Shay is very patient and really helped my 4 year old son's self confidence. We hired her to improve his performance in phonics and his teacher noticed a big difference. Our son enjoys working with Miss Shay and looks forward to her sessions. His teacher also noticed him raising his hand and participating in class more after we started working with Shay. Shay also brings games and seems to be very good at making learning fun.
