Experience	Experience: By using the text book CHINESE MADE EASY, i had enable 3 business men to speak Mandarin, they can communicate with people by talking about their families and their daily life with Mandarin, and can bargain for a good price in purchasing. I made my lesson plan according to the learners’ level, by using different themes to open their vocabulary, such as eating in Chinese restaurant and this is too expensive, and spoke with them in communicative way.

Approach	Approach: I will make my lesson plan according to my students'/learners' levels and needs, with necessary learning materials and handouts or some realias. There will be different techniques in my lessons. I may use Communicative Language Teaching Approach as my main teaching technique for the needs of language speaking, with Direct Method and Nature Method Approach, plus Audio-Lingual Method,; meanwhile, i may choose Grammar Translation Method for literature needs. So again, the tutoring techniques will be varied according to the needs of the learners.
