Tutor's Profile

I am a British teacher who has tutored in the UK alongside teaching over the past 8 years. I create engaging and stimulating lessons and work for the children I work with along with providing my own resources. I have worked in Year 6 working with SATs in the English Curriculum, more recently I have taught Year 2 with SATs and therefore have a wide understanding of the curriculum and expectations. At the moment I teach year 4 so have a good range of all year groups. I am caring and passionate about teaching and find ways to engage children both boys and girls. I have high expectations and want the best for the child to succeed.I understand the need for children to have extra support, or a confidence boost on a one to one basis to provide a positive impact on their learning journey. I want them to feel that they can achieve and will!

I expect hard working students but make learning engaging and fun. I'm firm but caring and with my high expectations I will achieve the best I can for a child. I want the children to feel happy about learning and boost their confidence. I want them to love to learn as much as I enjoy teaching them.
