Approach	Approach: My tutoring technique is at par with teaching styles employed by educators in good schools in UAE. Since, I am into this vocation for a meaningful purpose, I do believe that one to one sessions with learners not just helps me to modify lesson plans but also enables deeper understanding of a learner's needs. My plans are well carved out with strong emphasis laid on developing all the language skills- LISTENING, SPEAKING, READING, WRITING. I anticipate beforehand and reflect later to bridge the gap between what can happen and What could have happened. With clearly defined lesson objective, learning activity , plenary and AFL, learners are sailed through learning outcome for holistic development.
