Experience	Experience: I am a well-experienced pre- school teacher with BA degree in Education from Södertörn University, one of the best acknowledged universities in Stockholm, Sweden. I have 15 years of experience working in pre-schools in Sweden and I have worked both for private schools as well as government schools.I have worked here in UAE for three years now teaching,coaching both children and adults.

Approach	Approach: My first possition here in UAE was as Nursery Principal for a Finnish inspired school in AD. In July 2015 I was hired to work as Curriculum coordinator and Deputy Manager by Odyssey Nursery in Abu Dhabi. I am currently working as Pedagogista/Curruculum coordinator at a Swedish school responsible for all pedagogical development in terms of coaching and training all staff according to the Swedish Curriculum and approach. I am a highly dedicated person and I find my profession most important. I find working as teacher inspirational, interesting, developing and rejoicing. Every workday is an adventure and to be able to follow and contribute to students educational development and learning processes is something I find very rewarding. I am a hard-working, responsible educator with a good overall picture for the work situation. I find it both interesting and challenging to support students learning process. I am currently tutoring a 9 year old girl 2 times a week. I support her with school work but mostly we work with activities enhancing concentration and selfasteem,according to parents wishes. I use an approach much similar to Thera play, we concentrate on verbal positive confirmation and a strong believe in the students competences to achieve the objective in question. I have since May 2017 worked as Swedish language trainer for a training center in Dubai. I really enjoy teaching my mother tongue to students but also share environmental and social knowledge about the language and Sweden as country.
