Experience	Experience: I have a PGCE in Mathematics besides also tutoring Physics and Chemistry. I began teaching in 1979 in Kenya, in the UK and in Abu Dhabi In the 39 years that I have taught I have focussed my teaching on enriching the learning experience of my students. I usually incorporate elements of IT to assist my students in understanding primary concepts and consolidate learning through extensive exam practice.

Approach	Approach: I always liaise with my students to determine their strengths and areas that need development before deciding on a course of action. My role is to supplement what is being done in the classroom. I usually try to develop analytical skills in my students by encouraging them to link the information given in a problem to finding the solution.
