Highly Experienced and Motivated Maths Tutor (since 2005), who particularly enjoys preparing students who are about to take exams (such as GCSEs and A-Levels (and equivalent)).    Have taught maths privately and in schools to all age groups and abilities, so whether you're an Oxbridge candidate needing some assistance on that last module to get the best result possible or someone who is returning to education after 10 years and just needs to pass a GCSE - look no further! I have a very friendly, can-do attitude, so if maths is your least favourite subject and you feel that you're 'no good at it' - don't worry, that'll soon be changed.   My students over the past years have all experienced high levels of improvement, with 2 or 3 grade jumps not being uncommon (including several grade C or D predictions to A or A* results). I believe this is due to the fact I am able to make the learning process for my students more enjoyable, giving them the desire to learn, improve and succeed. This in turn gives me a great level of satisfaction. My achievements: MSc with Distinction, A-Level Maths: Grade A (highest possible grade in 2005),  Hertford College Oxford Mathematical Essay Prize 2005 - 1st place, National Mathematical Olympiad - 4th place, very quick at mental arithmetic, 100's of students successfully tutored over the years, DBS checked, UAE Teacher Mathematical Knowledge Assessment (Ministry of Education) - 99%. I am able to adapt my teaching approach according to the student's need.
