Approach	Approach: I like to engage my learners in exciting ways and get them involved in the learning process. I instill in them the ownership of their learning process, stretching the elasticity of their minds through critical thinking in the form of inquiry-based learning also, through collaborative participation by deploying skypeathon, mystery Skype sessions, flipped classroom with the opportunity to discuss findings away from real-time class sessions through platforms like Edmodo, doddle learn, wonder share and server inclusion. Also giving them regular activities and hands-on with constructive feedbacks allows them the responsibility of following up their performance. My philosophy is that learning ends when one is no more and learning must be done by first raising or cultivating the need, reason and love for what is to be learnt, this way the learner loves to be part of the information or skill to be learnt. I want to take students at different levels and see them develop together for the betterment of each individual. In my classroom, I want students to have freedom that allows for expression and creativity. Students should be able to experiment with likes and dislikes and to realize their strengths and weaknesses. After this base is developed, the curriculum can be moulded to tie in each studentâ€™s learning style. I want to teach students in a way that has some straightforward instruction, but that also gives students room to grow and expand on their own.
