Dear Parents, 

My name is Ayesha Sonia and I have been a teacher since graduating. I graduated from the UCP university and completed my MPhil in English Literature and Bachelor of education.
 

My specialisation lies within understanding each student, their learning capabilities, their style of understanding and how best to increase their love of the English language.  I have not only successfully prepared children into school through interview training, I have also seen the delight of parents as their children skyrocket in their English understanding.  It is my passion to see students grow in confidence through their newfound joy of English studies.

Additionally, the enclosed resume will testify to my career successes and commitment to providing students with excellence in education. 
The way of my teaching is also decisive yet versatile and flexible in responding to constantly changing demands. 

I love applying digital learning platforms like augmented reality, flipgrid, padlet to keep lessons interesting and focused. 
Furthermore, Being a well rounded instructor I have taught a distinct and diverse group of middle and high school students that helped me to add more and more different teaching techniques and learning methods. 
Aforementioned teaching requirements helped me develop phenomenal communication skills, management, interpersonal and leadership skills.
It trained me in learning comprehensive lesson plans and assessing individuals or class as a whole.
Describing my greatest strength I will share instilling love for literacy in my students and building up their confidence by encouraging. 
From my perspective, encouragement is a vital key to success. I have a true passion for literature and an adept in passing it to my students. 
Respectively, I gained this knowledge by incorporating Shakespearean works that I help students to translate into present day English . This way guided me to reach out to each student and explore their learning style as well as spark their creativity.
