Experience	Experience: I have Master's Degree in American Education specializing in reading, writing and communications. I have 14 years of classroom experience teaching grades 2nd-8th grade. I have 10 years tutorial experience tutoring adults in business communications and English speaking, reading and writing for English language learners. I have 14 years elementary and secondary classroom experience teaching speaking, reading, writing, social studies, and math to non-English speakers.

Approach	Approach: For elementary or secondary students, I will assess the student on their subject, then formulate a personal tutoring plan to help them succeed in their current classwork and studies. I can also provide tutoring for skills and strategies for upcoming curriculum core standards. For adults, I will provide meaningful communication skills and strategies to help you be successful at speaking, reading and writing in the business world and social arena.
