Approach	Approach: Lessons are based on integrating cognitive functions, developing habits of learning practices (based on latest research in neuroscience) and finally practice of different ways to interact with study material. My approach is to first prepare the body and mind for the task ahead using movement. Then guiding the learner through the best practices in learning in order to understand and recall the material and in the process develop skills for self- learning.
