Experience	Experience: I have acquired Qualified Teacher Status through postgraduate study in the UK. I am working as a Year 2 teacher at a British School. Personalised learning supports children extensively as lessons are tailored to meet the child's needs. Sharing lesson goals with children motivates children to reach learning goals. It has proven to be an effective strategy as the children are engaged and eager to acquire learning goals.
