Approach	Approach: The lesson planning is based on the student's needs. I often use flipped classroom in order to let students actively participate in lesson alongside discussions and working out examples from past papers. I conduct assessments with questions taken from real exams and give constructive feedback on students' work to make sure we are moving towards our goals. The first session will be introductory: - we will assess your knowledge - set goals - find the right approach to crack the curriculum - set a routine that will consist of homework, online sessions, self-check assessments, benchmark assessments.

I would like to thank Mr. Andrei for the outstanding teaching from his side. As he explains the topics that I mentioned clearly and what I wanted to focus on. He makes sure the student is capable and understands all that he/she needs. In addition, what I also like is that Mr. Andrei offers some powerpoints where he explains certain subjects. On the other hand, the fees for the lessons are great! I liked the price he offered. Also, the classes are scheduled via WhatsApp, which tends to be more secure.

Has great resources and is very helpful, as he provides a clear structure to his lessons and aims to help with relevant resources such as the specification and criteria. Specifically, helped me with my A-level history coursework by targeting areas that had weak assessment objectives and therefore improving the overall essay, to raise my grade significantly.
