With over twenty years of experience as a professional swimming instructor, I specialize in instilling water confidence and reducing aquaphobia in students of all ages. I've developed a unique methodology that gently gains students' trust, progressively introducing the fundamental techniques of freestyle swimming. My focus extends to breathing control techniques and comfortable submersion.
My lessons are thoughtfully segmented to cater to different age groups, with 30-40 minute classes designed for kids and 45-60 minute sessions for adults. I offer flexible packages of eight sessions, which can be renewed based on the individual's learning curve and desired skill level.
I recognize the importance of regular practice and physical endurance in swimming. I recommend a two-day-on, one-day-off schedule to boost stamina and enhance muscle memory. Furthermore, I provide nutritional guidance, advising students to finish their last meal at least an hour before the class to ensure optimal performance.
Throughout my career, I have guided numerous individuals to overcome their water fears, improve their swimming techniques, and ultimately develop a lifelong love for this exhilarating sport.
