Experience	Experience: I have been tutoring in Ireland for the past 9 years for students of varying ages and academic levels prior to arriving in the UAE. This is my 2nd year teaching in thr UAE. I have been a fully qualified Math teacher for the past 9 years.

Approach	Approach: Tutoring is based on students needs. If a student wants to develop their knowledge in certain areas/topics, I will work with the student to progress their knowledge to develop a deep understanding of the topic, rather than tell them the answers directly. In my opinion, Understanding a concept and idea is more important than simply knowing the answer. Teaching the answer will help in one question, while teaching for understanding will help in several questions.
