Experience	Experience: I do have 6 years of experience in Academics including 3 years of Principalship in a highly esteemed institution named as Allied School Amin Haleem Campus. Just after that I have joined Emine Erdogan Danish School which is a project of Turkish Government over there in Pakistan. Here I was promoted twice as a Head during rest of the 3 years of experience.

Approach	Approach: I used to plan my lesson while keeping in mind that it may went Student oriented. Main focus of the teaching strategy remains the learning of student. Different C.C.Qs (Concept Checking Questions) are asked by the students to assess their learning about the covered knowledge of concepts as a review. While, I kept on asking I.C.Qs (Instruction Checking Q's) to assess learning of student during current session.
