Experience	Experience: I am an aerospace engineer with a pasion for teaching. I have several years of experience and thousands of hours taught. The last three years I have been full time dedicated to teaching. Mostly maths, physics, python and CAD. I work with all kind of ages, topics, backgrounds. Some projects and students: -Telescope autofocus system (55 yo, Belgium, maker) -Fusion360 fundamentals and design assistance (40yo, Italy, Istituto Marangoni) -Python, Math, Physics (13 yo, Belgium, highschool)

Approach	Approach: I am a firm believer in: 1.- A good teacher makes the hardest subject easy and interesting. 2.- We learn by doing. 3.- Persistency. Steady improvement. Atomic habits. 4.- Segmentation and visualization of progress. Having said this every student requires it's own way and method. Some techniques work better with some people. I do my best to adapt to my students. Nobody is bad at anything. They have not had the right teacher yet.
