I currently work with 10 clients with different objectives and capabilities. I follow different methods, motivating them and making sure they're on their right path. Session must be enjoyable yet challenging to ensure consistence and progress. I had an enormous interest and have been part of many teams, this helped me get a huge experience in designing training programs. It is important to make a general assessment then design a program accordingly. Level increases gradually based on efforts and nutrition. |

Any workout consists of: 1. warm up, 2. training, 3. stretching To achieve the ideal results, it's also important to have a proper food and proper rest. Since I am also a certified yoga teacher, and I usually like to include a short meditation at the end of the session (with the consent of my client of course); I strongly believe in the power of meditation and the body-mind correlation. Finally, with a calm mind, strong will, persistence, and determination, everything is possible. |
