My classes are well planned and structured. Goal oriented. I teach to a test. My classes are discussion based where I ask my students to self-explain so I can check for understanding. I want my students to understand the content and not just learn it. Understanding entails students to apply their learning. I keep recapping past content as I go. I also do a lot of demonstrations in class. |
