Course Requirements
We cover the full PRINCE2 Practitioner syllabi as defined by APMG to prepare students to take the Practitioner exam. To receive the greatest benefit from the course and be properly prepared for the exam, significant pre-course and evening work will be required of each student.
This course may be taken alone or in combination with the 3-day Foundation course.
Certification Requirements
The Practitioner Exam is administered after lunch on the second day of the course. It is a 2.5-hour "open book" objective testing format, a style of complex multiple choice examination designed to test the students’ ability to apply the PRINCE2 methodology in a working environment.
Students must achieve a score of 44 out of 80 (55%) in order to pass the exam. Students who do not achieve the minimum score may re-take the exam at a later date. Students who retake the exam will be charged an additional exam fee of $545.00, and students must schedule exam re-takes in advance at a time and location that is mutually agreed upon with CEG.
Students must have passed the PRINCE2 Foundation exam to attend this course and take the Practitioner exam. If you have special needs and feel you are unable to sit for a 2.5-hour exam, please contact us upon receipt of your confirmation e-mail to discuss options to accommodate your needs. Also, should you require special class setups due to physical inabilities, such as vision loss or hearing loss, please contact us to discuss how we can meet your special needs.

Summary
In this five-day intensive course participants develop the competence to master a model for implementing an incident management process throughout their organization using the ISO/IEC 27035 standard as a reference framework. Based on practical exercises, participants acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to manage information security incidents in time by being familiar with their life cycle. During this training, we will present the ISO/IEC 27035 information security incident management standard, a process model for designing and developing an organizational incident management process, and how companies may use the standard. This training is also fully compatible with ISO/IEC 27035 which supports ISO 27001 by providing guidance for incident management.

This five-day intensive course enables participants to develop the necessary expertise to plan, design, and implement an effective program to protect SCADA systems. Participants will be able to understand common Industrial Control System (ICS) threats, vulnerabilities, and risks related to ICS systems and how they can be managed. This training focuses on a mix of knowledge and skills related to SCADA/ICS security.
The course has been designed by industry experts with in-depth experience in SCADA and Industrial Control Systems Security. Unlike other certifications, this course focuses specifically on the knowledge and skills needed by a professional looking to advise on, or manage risks related to SCADA environments and systems. One fifth of the planet speaks Chinese. Mandarin Chinese is the mother tongue of over 873 million people, making it the most widely spoken first language in the world. In addition to the People’s Republic of China and Taiwan, Mandarin Chinese is also spoken in the important and influential Chinese communities of Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, the Philippines, and Mongolia. Some surprising facts
Chinese has a relatively uncomplicated grammar. Unlike French, German or English, Chinese has no verb conjugation (no need to memorize verb tenses!) and no noun declension (e.g., gender and number distinctions). For example, while someone learning English has to learn different verb forms like “see/saw/seen,” all you need to do in Chinese is just to remember one word: kan. While in English you have to distinguish between “cat” and “cats,” in Chinese there is only one form: mao. (Chinese conveys these distinctions of tense and number in other ways, of course.)
The basic word order of Chinese is subject — verb — object, exactly as in English. A large number of the key terms of Mandarin Chinese (such as the terms for state, health, science, party, inflation, and even literature) have been formed as translations of English concepts. You are entering a different culture, but the content of many of the modern key concepts is familiar.
