This five-day intensive course enables the participants to develop the necessary expertise to support an organization in implementing and managing a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) based on ISO 22000. Participants will also be given a thorough grounding in best practices used to implement food safety controls from all areas of ISO 22000.
Workshop Details:
This training is consistent with the project management practices established in ISO 10006 (Quality Management Systems – Guidelines for Quality Management in Projects). This training is compatible with ISO/TS 22004 (Food Safety Management Systems — Guidance on the application of ISO 22000) and ISO/TS 22002-1 (Prerequisite programs on Food Safety — Part 1: Food manufacturing).
