I have created workout plans as well as diet plans for several people. I have great success in my own weight loss experience, as well as a significant increase in muscle mass. I have training techniques both for weight gain and weight loss. These are amenable to students of all ages and weights. I will be earning an official training certificate this summer. |

I personalize workout plans based on interest, and the amount of time a person has to go to the gym. Workouts are also possible without access to the gym, as I have several at-home workouts created as well. These will be a combination of cardiovascular and strength training, with different amounts based on the individual's goals. I am very easy to get along with, and I will motivate you every step of the way. |
