Tutor's Profile

My entire corporate career spanning over twelve years have been dedicated to learning and development. I have served as a trainer, business development leader, project manager and operations manager across organisations including Microsoft, British Airways, eBay and Orange Telecom. I have taught and trained large teams in India and the Middle East.

My teaching style is 'collaborative'. I partner with the student to understand the 'needs' first and then design a study curriculum accordingly. The first class is mostly spent in understanding the 'challenges' of the student / team and a 'solution' based approach is suggested which is aligned to the 'learning abilities' of the pupil / team and the time frame within which the assignment has to be successfully accomplished.
