I have been teaching for over 18 years and know the importance of setting the right foundations for phonics which supports both reading and writing. I have taught in both London and Dubai so have a wealth of experience in helping children's learning with different needs and language levels.

In my tutoring, I start off with a reading assessment to identify any gaps in the child's learning then personalise each lesson to ensure your child learns the correct skills and makes quick progress.

I am a trained phonics teacher using the Read Write Inc programme and have led phonics programmes in different year groups in schools. In all my phonics lessons I ensure the key skills are taught including learning new sounds, blending for reading and segmenting for spelling, then applying these skills into reading and writing.
